Exit Tickets for Language Standards

Have you noticed how it's becoming more and more common for schools to NOT schedule in a "language" time? Those language standards are just supposed to be woven into reading and writing I suppose! It's possible but that also always left me feeling unsure if my students really knew all of the language standards like they should.

This uneasiness lead me to use exit tickets for language standards! They are such an easy and concrete way to assess students in just a matter of minutes!

After having a hard time finding exit tickets that were short enough I decided to create my own! Each ticket has just two to three questions and uses DOK 1-3 question types!

These tickets were created for my third graders but can be used for any grade!

I've broken each ticket apart by individual language standard or you can save and get them all bundled!
